Description does not explain parameters

I am 70 and retired. Recently visiting my pre-teen granddaughters, I became aware of their parents’ struggle to be apprised of their whereabouts. Because of the lack of explanation of the product, I downloaded this program and was charged for it, only to discover that I could not track their phones so I could help with that challenge. I discovered that the product’s limitations require that I, or their parents, need the permission from these pre-teens to be able to track their activities. I completely understand that adults should only be tracked when they have given permission for another to follow them, but this product doesn’t help parents, and grandparents, unless the youngsters, who are struggling for independence, relinquish the freedoms they long for and give permission to be tracked. The product description should outline its capabilities and its limitations.
